Policies & Procedures

At SPLAT, our policies and procedures are not just paperwork, they are the framework that underpins everything we do. They reflect how we care for, educate, and safeguard your child every single day. These documents set clear expectations, outline best practice, and ensure that together we provide a consistent, safe, and nurturing environment.

As a parent, it is essential that you read and understand these policies. They form part of your contractual agreement with us, outlining both your rights and responsibilities, as well as our commitments to you and your child. By reviewing them, you’ll feel confident and fully informed about how we operate, from safeguarding and health to communication, meals, and beyond.

All policies are reviewed regularly to remain up to date, and we are always happy to discuss them with you should you have any questions.
