We require a minimum booking of 2 days per week to ensure your child settles in and benefits fully from our nurturing environment.
To secure a booking, you will be required to pay a £500 holding fee (£250 for siblings). This deposit is fully refundable to your first invoice should there be no negative change or cancellation of your booking. To access our online hub, you will be required to pay a £50 annual registration fee. Upon securing your booking, your place will be guaranteed on a rolling contract. If you wish to cancel, we require half a term’s notice (6 weeks) for non-funded places. Funded places require one full-term notice (12 weeks) to be served by the 1st of the month at the start of the term prior. Shorter cancellations will incur the full rates unless exceptional circumstances apply or if we’re able to fill the place.
If your child has additional needs, its important to inform us of this at your initial enquiry as your child’s safety and welfare is paramount to us.
Parents eligible for government funding should contact our management team to confirm availability.
Government funding applied from the term after your child is eligible example; if you child turns 3 on 1 July, they will be able to access funding from 1 september.
Funded spaces commence at the start of each term, aligning with our contractual agreement with Central Bedfordshire Council .
Before starting with us, parents must obtain an up-to-date eligibility code from Childcare Choices to add on the Central Bedfordshire Contractual Agreement form and present the original copy of their child’s birth certificate. It is the parents‘ responsibility to renew their online code by the government deadline; otherwise, standard daily rates will apply by default.
To ensure the sustainability and quality of our provision, our nursery applies a Parents Contribution Fee/ Consumables Fee to all funded places. Further details are available below or contact management for more information.
We offer a limited number of funded only places, subject to availability.
Our payments are averaged over 51 weeks and divided into 12 monthly payments, payable in advance each month, by the 1st of the month. To secure your place and avoid disappointment, we encourage attending one of our termly open days to view the setting or to register your interest, and we will contact you for a viewing when we have availability.
Government codes must be renewed termly by yourselves and sent to our accounts team. Failure to do so will result in your paying full fees.
It is your responsibility to set up payments to reach our account by the 1st of the month. Failure to do so will result in late fees being applied.
Late fees of £50 per day will be charged for overdue payments, and measures will be taken to collect outstanding debts. We encourage open communication with management in case of financial difficulties in advance, aiming to find mutually agreeable solutions. We do not tolerate abuse for failure to make payments on time.
We do charge a £25 administrative fee for each booking changes, or in the event of missing payments as these can be timely.

We do not accept cash, cheques, or telephone payments.
